Forty
nine years plus years in government and industry in the
design, development, and production of munitions items
including mechanical and electro mechanical fuzes, safe and
arming devices, timing devices and a host of other critical
components for projectiles, cartridges and bombs. Vice
President of Military Business Development for Bulova
Technologies LLC. Formerly he was Vice President of Programs
Management and R&D for BT Fuze Products Division of L-3
Communications. He has an A.S. Mechanical Engineer from Penn
State University, Mechanical Designer from Temple
University, Timing Mechanism Design from Philadelphia School
of Watchmaking, as well as numerous credited and
non-credited subjects at Universities and Government
Agencies. He is a member of Society Mechanical Engineers and
the National Defense Industrial Association. He has
published a number of papers relating to cost reduction of
fuzes and warheads
