Mr. Gurba has more than 24 years experience in the design, development, production and management of complex munitions systems in the defense industry.  His experience includes responsibility for companies with sales of up to $300 million annually and employing as many as 2,000 employees.  Mr. Gurba has previously held the position of Senior Vice President of General Defense Corporation, Senior Vice President, Ordnance systems at General Defense Corporation, Vice President of Marketing at Olin Ordnance, Executive Vice President at Valentec International and President and CEO at National Manufacturing Corporation.  Mr. Gurba holds Associates, Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degrees in science and management curriculums.
